Hi, when I'm with people I sometimes feel what it is like to be "us" rather than me or you, it can perhaps alleviate suffering in the moment for those persons, thank you

Nice, is this about feeling others more clearly as our boundaries and defenses are lowered? So you're implying that the empathy goes both ways?
