The effects have been phenomenal

Coming from a repressed, dysfunctional home and being a complex trauma survivor, I've battled debilitating anxiety and depression most of my life, over the years, seeking relief from numerous forms of therapy, medications and self help material, all to no avail. I've diligently been doing the exercise, and the effects to date have been phenomenal. Everything you stated has come to pass, I've gone from utter (often suicidal) despair to complete reverence for life, perceiving it as spiritual unfolding. From working a series of low paying dead-end jobs as a means of survival, I'm currently working part time Monday to Friday, running 3 sideline businesses and in the process of setting up an online eco-based website! And off anti-depressant medication. I believe it is more than coincidental that all this has transpired over a few months of doing "The Looking." Praise to all of you for your efforts in spreading this simple, yet profound message. I am based in Cape Town, South Africa.
